At the checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future and save your delivery and payment details. You can log in to your account if you are an existing customer.

BANK TRANSFER: (order will be accepted and processed upon bank confirmation, AND ONLY WHEN THE FUNDS ARE CREDITED TO OUR ACCOUNT.



All transactions on our website are processed using NETWORK INTERNATIONAL or STRIPE, secure online payment gateways that encrypt your card details in a secure host environment.

IMPORTANT: Due to the valuable nature of our pieces, the bank may sometimes automatically decline transactions for your protection. In the case of a failed or declined transaction, we will contact you directly to assist and help with your purchase.

Please note that we reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we have any reason to believe it may be a fraudulent or attempted fraud.



We show prices and accept payment in UAE Dirhams, US Dollar, and Euro.

Confirmed payments for local or international orders will receive the tracking number as soon as the order is ready for delivery. If your order is not in stock, it will be specially made for you; this may take up to 2 weeks. Our team will inform you of the expected delivery day.

Our courier cannot deliver to PO, APO, or FPO box address, and you may request the shipment to be held for pickup. The receiver will then be able to pick up the shipment at the local courier station.

Note: The receiver address is required for customs on international shipments.

The jewelry will be shipped from Dubai, UAE, to your country by expert courier, DHL, or FedEx. The international shipment is free of charge for all purchases. Taxes and import duties are included in the price. The final value is always calculated at the checkout once you fill in the receiver’s country. 


Expert artisans handcrafted all our pieces. Your order will be specially made for you if it is not in stock; this may take up to 2 weeks. Our team will confirm the expected delivery date upon payment confirmation of your order.

Savolinna Fine Jewelry Does Not accept order cancellations or returns of any items except faulty items with manufacturing flaws. If you’re unsatisfied with your piece, we are pleased to offer you an exchange (customized items or engraved are not subject to an exchange).

Note: Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or if there is a manufacturing fault within three months after delivery.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected, and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We can only exchange faulty items for the same item, subject to availability.
