At the checkout, you can proceed as a guest or create an online account with us once you have placed your order. By creating an online account, you can enjoy a quicker checkout process in the future and save your delivery and payment details. If you are an existing customer, you will be able to log in to your account.

BANK TRANSFER: (order will be accepted and processed upon bank confirmation only, AND WHEN THE FUNDS ARE CREDITED TO OUR ACCOUNT.)



All transactions on our website are processed using NETWORK INTERNATIONAL, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

Due to the valuable nature of our pieces, card providers may sometimes automatically decline transactions for your protection, we may have to contact you directly to confirm the purchase.

We reserve the right to cancel any transaction if we have any reason to believe it may be a fraudulent or attempted fraud.



We show prices and accept payment in UAE Dirhams, US Dollar, and Euro.

Confirmed payments for local or international orders will receive the tracking number as soon the order is ready for delivery. If your order is not in stock it will be specially made for you, this may take up to 2 weeks. Our team will inform you of the expected delivery day.

Our courier cannot deliver to PO, APO, or FPO box address, you may request the shipment to be held for pickup. The receiver will then be able to pick up the shipment at the local courier station.

Note: The receiver address is still required for customs on international shipments.

The jewelry will be shipped from Dubai, UAE to your country by expert courier. The international shipment is free of charge for purchases above 5000.00AED, however custom taxes and duties might apply.

Please contact the authorities of your country if you are unsure of the amount.


All our pieces are handcrafted by expert artisans. If your order is not in stock, it will be specially made for you. This may take up to 2 weeks. Our team will confirm the expected delivery date upon payment confirmation of your order.

Savolinna Fine Jewelry Does Not accept order cancellations or returns of any items with exception of faulty items with manufacturing flaws. If you’re not satisfied with your piece we are pleased to offer you an exchange, (customized items or engraved are not subject to an exchange). Please contact our team at info@savolinna.com for assistance.

Note: Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery.

All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We are only able to exchange faulty items for the same item, subject to availability.
