All SAVOLINNA JEWELRY products are final sale and are non-refundable in any circumstances. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will happily offer you an opportunity to exchange for another item of equal or higher value. 

Important Note: (items customized or engraved can’t be exchanged) 

To Exchange an item: 

There’s no extra cost to exchange your purchase for an alternative size or color (subject to availability when you request an exchange ). If you wish to try another style, request a store credit, and we process a new order at your convenience.

To exchange your order, you must communicate with us within two days after receiving your order. Please note that you will need to use the same courier that delivered your items to return your item.

The return shipping costs are complimentary within GCC, Europe, and the USA.

Please follow the steps below to exchange your item:

1. All items must not have been worn and in the original condition and packaging. Items worn, damaged, or manipulated will be rejected in an exchange.
2. Please email us at [email protected] to obtain the required information and assistance. This must be done within two days of receiving your order.
3. All items must be returned in their original packaging using the indicated courier service by our team. 
4. Your item must be returned immediately after receiving the return labels and dispatch information. (Please note you must print your labels)

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

We ship worldwide via DHL and are pleased to offer free international shipment. Customs duties and taxes are calculated and applied following the receiver country. The value calculated once you checkout and fill in the delivery address is the only value you will pay. 

Our expert couriers will deliver your Savolinna piece fully insured and packed in our branded boxes. Delivery times may vary depending on the stock availability or requested customization; we will inform you about the expected delivery date once you place your order.

All local and international deliveries will be shipped only after payment confirmation, and the funds are credited to our bank account.
