UAE DELIVERY POLICY

We are pleased to offer complimentary delivery within Dubai only. For other Emirates charges may apply, our team will inform you the rates.

All our pieces are handcrafted by expert artisans. If your order is not in stock, it will be specially made for you. This may take up to 2 weeks. Our team will confirm the delivery date upon payment confirmation.

 

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

We are pleased to offer free international shipment for purchases above 7000.00AED

All international deliveries may take up to 2 weeks after payment confirmation. 

Please note that custom taxes and duties are your responsibility.

Your Savolinna piece will be delivered by our expert couriers and will be packed in our branded boxes. Delivery times may vary, depending on the stock of the pieces, you will be informed about the expected delivery date once you place your order. Any description and information concerning the weight of precious materials and the number of stones and carats are provided for information only and may vary on the delivered piece.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY

 

 

Savolinna Fine Jewelry Does Not accept returns of any items with exception of faulty items with manufacturing flaws. 

Note: Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or there is a manufacturing fault within a period of 3 months after delivery. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.

We are only able to exchange faulty items for the same item, subject to availability.
